Pictures on our website may appear to be larger or smaller than actual size. Please allow 2-3 weeks for delivery. Rush delivery is available. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, articles are accepted for credit or exchange if returned within 30 days accompanied by sales receipt and in salable condition. Refunds can only be made to the person making the purchase. Please call for return or exchange instructions and authorization. Merchandise that has been excessively worn, damaged or altered will not be exchanged or returned. Please feel free to contact us if you need your order for a specific date.
Exchange Policy:
Exchanges will be accepted within 14 days of the receipt of the order. Please contact us to process any difference in price. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs. Shipping charges are not refundable. The garment/s must be returned in its original condition. Clothes that are damaged, discolored, stained, or changed in any way will not be accepted for an exchange. If a garment that is not in its original condition is returned for exchange, the garment will be returned to the customer at the customer's expense.
Enclosed with every Internet order, you'll find a receipt. Pack and seal your return securely, in the original package if possible, and make sure you include the original receipt with the merchandise you are returning.
Return Policy:
If for any reason you wish to return, we will gladly accept the garment back and refund you the full purchase price plus any sales tax, less a 15% restocking fee. This amount will be credited back to the original credit card. Returns must be sent back within one week of the receipt of the order. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs. Shipping charges are not refundable. The garment must be returned in its original condition. Garment/s that are damaged, discolored, stained, or changed in any way will not be accepted for a return. If a garment that is not in its original condition is returned for exchange, the garment will be returned to the customer at the customer's expense. When returning merchandise, please briefly describe the reason why you are returning. A 15% restocking fee would be applied for all returns except for exchange item/s.

We ship to anywhere within United States. All shipments originate from Honolulu, Hawaii. Available items generally will be ship within 3-5 business days. Availability varies with style, size and color. It may take 1-3 days for availability check and 2-3 weeks for manufacturing if item(s) needs to be made. We will keep you informed of any delays.
Delivery times will vary depending on the shipping method and the shipment destination. We ship via FedEx, UPS or USPS Priority Mail. Please provide a complete physical street address when selecting to ship with FedEx or UPS. These carriers will NOT accept PO Boxes. We ship Monday through Friday only (holidays excluded).
